Location, room was better than expected, received great value. The staff is friendly and well trained. Definitely worth the money. They gave great eating recommendations and the concierge handled airport and ship transfers.

I enjoyed the fact that the room was pretty big, it fit the 4 of us perfectly also they had a play room the kids enjoyed playing in while we waited for our taxis after check out time hotel was very clean and spacious

Location was close to everything -walking distance to major landmarks but not in the city center -which was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and warm. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and the extra half bath was an added bonus! We didnt have a balcony, but we were never in our room anyway since we spent most of our time exploring the city. The rooftop was a great place to relax when we were not out. Even though the website says contemporary the hotel decor is not contemporary. Its exactly what the pictures show- a traditional English decor in warm deep colors. Overall a great hotel and great experience in Rome.

Location of hotel is perfect, facilities on par with travel lodge type. Wouldnt rate it 4* quite basic but adequate to shower/sleep/change for sight seeing. Staff were friendly. House keepers did a lovely job with room each day. Bed was large but not all that comfortable for us - however everyone likes different mattresses/pillows etc. Room was quite hot and we asked for air con, to be told we couldnt have it as it classed as winter (25/3/23) all they could offer was to turn heating to our room totally off.

Excellent location near the Castel St Angelo and only 10 mins walk to an open top bus stop. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Everything clean and well presented. We enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent hotel in everyway. Large spacious rooms very friendly staff and a lovely roof terrace to enjoy a drink or snack. It was sunny winter days for us and the terrace was a great place to enjoy. Location is excellent just 10 minutes walk from all the major sights but not in the busy tourist area.

My wife was here for 4 nights with our daughter and her mother. She told me the hotel was perfect and that we would definitely have to go back. From an amazing breakfast to a great location next to the river and great and helpfull staff. All details were great, the best one? That set-up a baby bed for our 2,5 year old and they put a little stuffed animal (bear) in there. This is something I have never seen before! :)
